this is for new contest, you had to draw eevee or one of its evolutions as another character, just like a cosplay event

for those who can't tell... i have drawn umbreon dressed up as Neji Hyuga from Naruto using his byakugan.

i tried to do a kind of reasistic backdrop as i hadn't done one before but it didn't turn out as i hoped, but still good for a 1st attempt
it was all hand drawn with a mouse so please forgive any crapiness

any tips would be apreciated
