Here's my Suzu plush from Peacemaker Kurogane. Felt, T-shirt and wires.I also made the master's black skull for him, beacuse I think he would feel very lonely without it
Same as the Sasori plush, you can take off his jacket ^^ but, sorry, not the pants

a plain plush cost about 30 euros (42 dollar) + shipping cost, and it's about 20 cm (7.9 in) like these ones:

if the plush is much detailed or difficult it would be more expensive

I draw them on Photoshop and print them in that paper for shirts (t-shirt transfert). Then I cut each part separately and iron them to the felt. Here's my tutorial: [link]
