I might use this pattern in the future along with your tutorial if that's okay, I haven't necessarily been happy with the one I've been using. It's so hard to find one that I like! lol Thanks for posting!

I remember seeing this a while ago and thinking it was too simplistic, but after much looking, I discovered this type of pattern is probably the best for clothing details and the like. I've been looking to buy a plushie, but by the prices, they were just too much, so I've decided I'll go back to my original idea and make it instead.ย

This is going to be super helpful! But, one question....
What are the dimensions of the templates? Like, how long is the body piece? Arms?

I'm sorry, I have never measure them, I just improvised
I think it may be like 7cm the arms, 6 cm the head and 14 cm the body.ย
sorry for my bad english

*hears large 'thump'*
*see giant boulder rolling towards*
*stares*
*runs towards boulder*
*smacks with pattern*
*boulder becomes plushie*
*screams*
*runs to plushie*
*hugs*
*plushie flys away*
*cries*

I made one last year nearly the same as this one but without the strip and longer/thinner limbs.. Now I know it will work and that I CAN just use a strip~

What's the straight line for? Is it like a ruler?

nitanita In reply to kuchiki-kikyou [2008-12-29 22:29:45 +0000 UTC]
The line is for making the head. It's a bit lame -_-
here I explain: [link]
