Hi A picture of Avril Lavigne. Here is the reference:[link]Done with Staedtler black fineliner and some water on Derwent sketchpaper. I'm giving this much detail because it only seems to work wit this combination of stuff.

If you look at the reference, then you will understand that her chin is supposed to be the same colour as he rest of her face, not like she has just taken a facedive into melted chocolate.
