Description A still life of my violin and a couple of CDs. The sheet music was a killer and very inaccurate. Still lifes I think, are not as interesting to draw as portraits for me (don't shoot me, still life artists, it is just not my favourite thing to draw) but much less stressful.
It was done in watercolours. About 5-6 hours.

I agree with you on the still life thing, but again that violin. It's amazing. For the lines on it, is that also watercolour or is that done in pen?Β 
Also which part did you paint first, if you don't mind? Β

Thank you very much .Β The lines areΒ also watercolour, drybrush. I think I painted the body of the violin, then the black parts (fingerboard, chinrest) then CDs and sheet music. But it was a very long time ago hehe

I know what you mean. The theme was similarities and differences, so I was doing different forms of music. But I can see how the oldschool violin and sheet music don't work with a CD
