I mostly remember Kari Wahlgren from a bunch of anime, ben 10, gravity falls, and dead or alive. She's really good.
And I remember Grey DeLisle from Bayonetta and Winx Club. She's also really good.
Personally I think Tara is the best female voice actress out there (not counting video games and anime, just cartoons) She's got such range and has done a wide variety of characters.
It's sad CartoonNetwork didn't call ANY of the original PowerPuff Girl voice actresses back and just replaced them under their noses. The worst part was Tara posting a video of herself crying she was so upset over the news. Every character she voices is like a piece of her, she's so passionate about what she does, it's sad they'd do something like that to her knowing she really would have loved to return.
