Commander Vic of International Military Defense Force I.M.D.F. (also one of the 4 leaders and founders of Global Defense Initiative)
She is an elite and a representative form IMDF to GDI, do not mess with this woman or else you will find a big hole blown through your body, her modified 50 caliber MK5 sniper rifle is not just for display purposes. She has her own flagship named Andromeda Ascendant, and it is the most technologically advance star ship among the four major GDI flagships. She also has a small fleet of star ships under her command.
As a sharpshooter, she is considered a bane to her enemies.
