We got a new model on the LAST DAY OF CLASSSSSS. D: D: She'll be back on April 7th! I don't want to wait that lonnnngggg. XD;;;;;;;I drew some ones where her face and hair looked better, but this one was the best all over. I'll so draw her face like 9000 times next time I see her~

Oh this is sooooooooo Egon Schiele. I love your use of the scribble gesture.
I really want to know how you achieve that look. What's the technique? Did you sort of 'feel out' the form first without looking at the paper?

The technique was pretty much to just keep the pencil moving (even when looking at the model) and to draw as fast as possible, starting with a light scribble for the proportions and then using steadily darker lines to further define the shapes.

yeah, Pigeon's been there, but i think ive only drawn her maybe twice before. both times being in an open session, so i was excited when she walked in. shes such an awesome model
