Technically, it's Season 4.
But in all seriousness, why the hell didn't they make his face smaller? When it happened in Season 12, I thought they were gonna stick with that for BMM/Season 16 onwards. But nope, the ugly large face is back.

Seeing the red lining returned on the back of Thomas' bunker, it's possible Rusty's Season 4 face could return.

I've a feeling it'll be loads better than Season 19. Seriously, that season was a waste of my time - Den and Dart was my favourite episode out of the whole season.
It better be better, and they better not turn the new characters into dumb pussies like Toby and Henry.

At the same time, I feel it'll be disappointing like Season 19 is - the returning characters won't really be the saving grace for it as well-written stories are important most of all.

They also should of stuck with the small scale models and the rest of the Season 4 models/sets for the rest of the model series if there wasn't any budget issues and they were easier to run that is.
