Has Heather seen this? She has mad Loki-lust. Or people-who-look-a-bit-malnourished-list in general.
I can't stop staring at his eyes. Or his fingers, they're so slender and spindly. So good!! :'D

I am the same - however my hands still look like blobs made out of rubber gloves, and yours always look not only anatomically perfect, but ELEGANT. O______O
(And yes, I probably should have checked. xD)

At least you're drawing them, for the longest time I tried to hide them as much as I could get away with it.

Oh man I love Loki xD He may be a bastard... but he is a TRAGIC little bastard

nnaj In reply to RoguishLoaf [2012-05-05 20:15:49 +0000 UTC]
He was very tragic in Thor but I think he lost some of it in Avengers and started tilting towards evil for evil's sake which I didn't like. In the first movie I think most of the tragedy came from the fact that he seemed to care about Thor and his family but went too far to get attention. In Avengers he didn't seem to care at all and that took some of the edge off but he was still pretty awesome.

Yeah, I agree. Hopefully we'll get the old Loki back a bit if/when Thor 2 happens?

nnaj In reply to AriadneArca [2012-05-06 18:39:39 +0000 UTC]
And I'm also hoping he won't be the villain again, I think three times in a row is a bit much for movies. He should be there to complicate everything instead.

I know I read part of an interview with Tom Hiddleston where he said that Loki "saw things" falling through the Void after Thor that kind of warped him. I think the more conflicted Loki of Thor is still in there, it's just buried under a deep wall of deranged that formed through his travels through the abyss and meeting with Thanos.

nnaj In reply to RoguishLoaf [2012-05-05 20:38:53 +0000 UTC]
Yeah but there was no way you could tell that from the movie, they could have at least shown us these "things", given Loki a flashback. I just want more drama is all. That's one of the things that bothers me about all these Marvel movies, I always feel like there's epic high drama waiting to be let out but it always turns into clichΓ© Big Massive Fight, Good Guys Win, The End.

I saw the movie last night, and it was AWESOME; when Loki was thrown around like a rag doll by the hulk, the whole theater (including me) was just . With Loki he's my second favorite Marvel villain (the first being Magneto.)

There were so many funny moments xD The theatre laughed quite a few times in the screening I went to. Oh wow I forgot X-men were Marvel, that just makes me hope they'll start showing up in the Avengers movies.
