I'm drawing again!! Not much, though. Buuut my childhood friend passed on an illustration opportunity that I'm working on now, with this tiger lady! The first of 3 portraits for a book. I am REALLY slow at creating, because I have to relearn absolute everything I once knew about art.

If anyone missed my journal or bio, I stopped drawing because I was slowly dying from undiagnosed Lyme disease. It was fucking up my brain to the point I couldn't recall words, and so I stopped socializing completely for a few years. Even after getting treatment, I stayed on the down low due to anxiety.

I'm past treatment, and feeling a bit better, but I'll never be 100%, and I'm actually okay with it, because I am better off than I once was. Currently I am relearning how to draw and write and be the social butterfly I used to be. I am even picking up the pencil every day! Even if I just doodle, it's every day!!! Hopefully this is the start to coming back for real!
