Description
At 17 meters or 52 feet in length, Spinosaurus aegyptiacus was the largest theropod dinosaur to ever live. It has gone through many changes in its reconstructions which range from body stance to sail shape and even to suspected behaviour. Spinosaurus is now believed to have hunted fish in a similar manner to modern day storks and gharials. Spinosaurus’ habitat was lush swamps and mangrove forests thriving with aquatic prey like coelacanths and sawfish.Related content
