personal project... might becomes an actual game one day : )I planned to use a small palette with less than 32 colors for this (game) entirely( might depend if I've ever decided to use effects)
200% since 100% preview seems very small
currently used 20 colors

Nice job. But I'd prefer it a tad more colorful. I mean, pixel art looks stylish, but why limit yourself with the number of colors? I think there's a point where such limitations stop being a challenge and start to hurt creativity.
Even 64 colors would allow for some more variety, while still being a very conservative palette

well no it won't hurt creativity... Also color palette limitations in pixelart in no way is a challenge( they called it mostly just to make sure newbies not stray to the wrong path)... the point is use it effectively. Not to waste a color just to fill one pixel only... Also limitations helped me keep everything tracked and stuffs...Β
Personal preference mostly... You can try working 64 colors if you want... Too much colors with the same level of saturation :/ ... Might create quite a mess during the process
Also most of my sprites going around 32x32 to 48x48 so there won't be much uses for 64 colors palΒ
