Ah, no, I was making a reference to her appearance in Urban Legend in Limbo. She has a victory quote that goes something along the lines of "Red cloak, blue cloak—choose one!"

Her cape is purple by default, but it does have this appearance during her Last Word as she hits her opponent with red and blue slashes of...something.
