Well that's kinda disappointing. It looked more snake-like than dragon-like, and it would've been a nice call back to the diehard Gamera fans. 

The original Gamera series movies were going to go on all the way until the 80's and Gamera vs. Garasharp was planned for a release at the time, but sadly it was cancelled and the only footage we got out of what could've been a cool monster fight is on a miniature set with concept art on what the film could've been like. 

I mean the horns and the cobra-like frills pretty much implied that could've been Garasharp. I mean come on! You got a giant cobra with electrical powers, that's just awesome!

Manda always had horns, you're probably thinking of his DAM incarnation which lacked spikes and Manda actually had a cobra hood in Godzilla: Final Wars but it was small and barely noticeable.

Actually, Mothra is part of Mosnter Island. If you watched Destroy All Monsters, you’ll understand. She’s not evil, she’s a profector of Earth.

I didn't follow the comics that much. I do think that Kamacurus is evil, much like Gabara (the one everybody hates so much). And call me crazy, but I think Biollante is on the good side. The reason why she's not evil, is because she cares about nature, and in her film, she was trying to defend the scientist that create her.

I never said Kamacurus was all good, but it is from earth and will defend it’s home; even if it must make itself an acquaintance of Godzilla. Also Biollante actually a split personality. The human part will always be good and protect the planet; even the comics says Biollante was made to give the earth a rebirth if it’s dying. Now the part where Bio is chaotic is the part of that has Godzilla’s DNA is bad. Yes she will defend earth, but if the human part doesn’t say a thing, she’ll do as she pleases. All in all, Biollante is good only when her human half is in control, or else she’s a hot mess.

I think he's going by the line-up from the movie "Destroy All Monsters" (albeit with King Caesar added in), with Kamacuras not on Monster Island in that film.

Also, in both the movies that Kamacuras and Godzilla have been in together, he/she has never been his ally.

Earth is Megaguirus' home as well, yet she seems to care less about protecting Earth and only about getting more and more power.
