Cheetah man has a very heroic pose going on here, which is great considering he sounds like a hero of sorts I take it.  I will say I like how you drew his facial features, especially considering he’d have spots on his mask like a cheetah. The pencil work here looks nice on Cheetah man, I like how you attempted to add in the waves of motion within the cape by shading in the bends to it. I also notice that there is a switch on the ground beneath him.

The pencil shading on this is nice, considering you’ve darkened the sky in the background and erased to show light peeking through the clouds? Not sure if that is what you’re aiming for, but it does look nice and it adds an interesting effect, especially considering that Cheetah man is standing before it allowing him to pop out easily in the picture.

If there are some tips I would suggest, one would be is that there is no real way we can tell depth from the building he is standing on, to the buildings in the background. The father things go, the lighter they become, and the less detail we see of them. It could also be due to how you’ve drawn them, as the perspective on the background buildings are all wrong and don’t follow the perspective with the foreground building he is on. Also some depth is needed here, maybe making the building details look farther than closer.

Overall though you’ve done a great job on some of the details. The building in the background has nice windows, and Cheetah man doesn’t look stiff at all in his pose. He looks relaxed which is great when drawing figures- you don’t ever want them to be stiff. As far as I can tell he is proportionate, and the fact you made it light around the edges suggests light is coming from behind him and in front.

Cool jobe you've got there m8.  
I find the legit pair of tighty-whities on the outside hilarious. I know heroes wear underwear on the outside, so it's funny when they wear actual underwear like that. 

Just one thing I recommend about this guy: Don't give him a test. 
Y'know, cuz he's a Cheeta?
