As part of ProjectComment 's "Everything Must Go 2019" contest, I have been given the task of offering insight on your work. Let's do this:

The good: the shading looks to be on point for a black and white image, along with the proportions for the most part being nice and accurate for the final TV Showa era rider (Shin-J are movie riders, so yeah, I count Black RX to be the final Showa rider meant for TV).

What I think could be improved: I think it just might be me, but the arms probably could've been made about 5% bulkier along with a slight maybe 3-15% extension of length on the legs, but then again, I'm not the best with proportions. An 3xtra added touch would've been some color to both the compound eyes and the blade of the Revolcane, just for some added flare.

Other than that, I think it's a solid representation of Black RX.

Compared to many other of your work, this piece has a lovely contrast of dark tones, clear grays and bright white – which I think makes it look more solid and refined. You coloring is very even, neat and soft and you have a decent start for shading there too. You also have varied the values nicely so that all the parts can be told apart from one another.

What I think the image need is more texture and highlights. As it is now everything appears matter, yet I suppose there are different fabrics and materials in the costume so it would make the image even better with letting those show. Textures are easy to make with pencil strokes and shinier fabrics can be drawn with erasing the highlights out of the darker areas (or alternatively, draw on top the drawing with white ink). Varying textures bring the image more to life and highlights help emphasize the shape.

Anatomy and proportions are mainly looking good – pay attention to the hands in the future. The costume has interesting details and while the pose is a bit uninteresting, it’s dynamic and works for the purpose.

Overall, a very good drawing! And you have definitely improved your skills!

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it's one of your favorite Showa riders. 
After all, only two Kamen Rider shows were popular enough to make it to America. 

Nice drawing m8. If Toei wanted to make an animated version of it, I think they could take a page or two from your book. 
...but they probably won't unless you allow them to. XD
