Description
I'm back!!! That school year was the hardest I've ever experienced. It was tough juggling computer science, art, and working but I'm finally done with it and now I get to relax a little and make some art to post here.My goal is to branch out and draw more subjects including nature, skies, people, etc.
Of course I will always do more animals because they are really fun to draw, but I've discovered that if I put in the time, these others things can be fun too! So to start off I did a warm up drawing of clouds

aw thank you! I recently fell in love with space stuff in digital art so I like throwing it in there from time to time haha
yeah clouds are tough. These were more stylized, but I've been wanting to actually draw realistic ones well (but have failed many times haha)

Space is really fun to draw, I like it a lot because what people call "an empty void"
is filled with so many colors, it sure doesn't seem that way when you draw it haha.
I hope to be able to draw space like you someday!
And I wouldn't call it failure, practice! And really good practice may I say!

hmm. for me what usually first attracts me to art is the color choices and lighting. From there I start looking at the details and message. Art is all about the emotions you felt while making it and what emotions people feel when they see it, at least that's how I see it c:

Simple but nice and surreal. I'm glad your going on to draw other things, I've seen great artists on here that don't do that, they draw the same types of things and even if beautiful, it's good to go out of the comfort zone.

yeah, its good to branch out and try new things. Sometimes learning to paint other subjects gives you an insight into drawing what you like best.
There will be lots of mistakes, but hopefully they lead to making me a better artist
