I don't see how you would think like that.
The produktion of the "Demashita! PowerPuff Girls Z" in japan is by Cartoon Network. Which is the same as the the original PPG.
In the same way that PPG is a parody of amerikan super heroes, PPGZ is a parody of japanese super heroes.

Also since the people who are going to watch it it's made more in a way that japanese people would want to watch it. I belive this may be some of the reason cartoon network don't want to air it in Amerika since they already have PPG which is made for the amerikan audience.

The story and episodes are very much like the amerikan ones but again, the charackter design, story writing and such are made for a japanese audience.

Also i personaly really like the voice actors. Actually not the same voice actors that did the PPG movie japanese dub. But they are still good, and i think it is ok to sperate the two with diffrent voice actors like this actually.

yeh guess i kiinda liked the show too much BUT japan never had cartoons to begin with...america introduced cartoons to japan in the pearl harber war, like micky mouse etc etc ever since then we've been competing to c who could make the best cartoon/game, its healthy though, i think japan is wining lol. <3 yeh i think ur right though they did hte same thing to the ppl who created the old pokemon shows, something went wrong...*Cry* yeh somec ompanies have good voice acters...funimation, 4kidstv but they give up way too easy on some shows,,, pokemon for example the voice of ash was Veronica Taylor, but somethign bad happend or a contract expired and the show slowly turned bad.. (ash sounds like he now has hepititus or some voice disease...lul)...*Sigh* i mean have u ceen the new ones??? yeh i also heard sailor moon got too graphic in sex wise as well, we're picky on our kid shows...there was even a banned pokemon episode, youtube it still though i miss ppgs..even my dad liked it which was wierd, the monkey was my faiv. nice talking to u! u made osme good points! woops typos ftl..>.>

yeah if you've seen the anime you can see whenever she is not doing anything to save tokyo she is eating chockolates/kakes and other sweet stuff

i wonder why she is so skinny
she must exercise alot
