- Drawn in Pen and coloured on GIMP 2.6 -My first time drawing Hyper Blossom! From
the Anime version of The Powerpuff Girls!
Gah, this took 6-8 hours to make O.O about of an hour or so of
that was actually drawing it...and the rest was colouring it all! >O
I used this pic as a reference to help me know exactly what
was on the outfit and the colours and all that jazz: [link]

Pretty accurate to your reference! (no clue what you guys are talking about, is there a real anime version, or common fan-art?)
The light source is a little inconsistent around the left side of the skirt and (our) left leg.
Other than that, you did a great job!
