This is really good. It looks a lot like what Spielberg drew of him when he was making pitching this movie idea. The black ink gives Jack a more haunting look, like he'll jump off the page and snatch you. The more you look at it the creepier it gets. It can be improved, the bat bowtie is a bit crooked and I see black lines where I know there shouldn't be any. Still this is very well done, please keep up the good work.
