Director's Commentary: And from here on out begins to unravel what Bloom’s plan is! Duman is one of my fav WoBC characters, but I wonder if it’s mainly due to having fun making fun of him in the story lol. True, I made the characters not be ‘enemies’ like in WC. So, to ‘counteract’ this, they’re technically ‘fighting’ but more in a ‘fun’ way. Overall, I think Valtor is one of the tallest people, at least compared to the ppl here.
Why doesn’t Valtor get more lines to say once we entered the Higher Court Hall?
Valtor explained this from FLM CH 8. For one thing, he doesn’t have a ‘vote’ in Bloom’s test. In addition, Bloom doesn’t really need this to begin with. Also, in a way, it’s to make it ‘fair’ since we’re keeping Bloom’s and Valtor’s relationship a ‘secret’ from Crimson Flare for now, at least as much as possible, and obviously due to Bloom’s situation. However, Valtor will intervene IF he can like in this scene, such as stating the rules. He is helping Bloom in any way he can after all.
