There really SHOULD be an owl like Pokemon that is a Dark/Flying type. One that would belong to one of those evil Pokemon Teams.
And its final evolution stage should have a larger and more menacing like appearance and can be seen on the shoulder of its master, The head of the boss of that themed evil Pokemon organization.
While its grunts have its first evolved form and its pre-evolution too.
There should also be forms of a snow owl Ice/Flying and one that is a Psychic/Flying too.
