Hi, look im 16 years old and I want to be able to draw like you someday I'm taking as many art or drawing courses as I can, so my question is what did you do to draw like that? at what age did you started and when did you begun to see the quality you have now? and what advices you can give to me?

Hi!
Good that you start now and you're conscious of that what you want to do.
I have to start drawing in primary school ( and maybe earlier but it's time when most kids like to draw ).
I've wasted a piece of time in my life because I wasn't sure what I want to do...and do nothing ( if I be conscious of that what I want to do I will be much more experienced now than I realy am...but we learning by mistakes :> but it costs us our precious time on this lifefull planet ).
My experience say that that the most important is: to draw and study ( watch images, time-elapse movies, tutorial movies etc. ) art of other people. My teachers said same thing to me ( drawing, and study classics works ).
And try to make experiments, don't be affraid to try something, and don't stress when you fail at this. There is only one way to fail: not to try! because if you try and you feel that what you made is some s**t stuff, you win, because you've got XP points Because you made something and it's one step forward, next time will be better, and better
Of course some basic stuffs like color theory ( umm...yes...I must study that :] ), anatomy ( I've got not so high XP at this :/ ), composition ( realy need that..? yes! good to know basics ), and another important rules, basics. It's good to know that and have skills to use it good.
So: draw, paint, study artworks, watch tutorial, and don't be angry when you think you make bad stuffs just try again
I don't know what I could say more to you, of course if you got some more questions just ask.

WOW Thank you man, I will do just as you said
Continue practising and studying. And I will take frustration
and failure as XP points from now on but it's really frustrating
to have and idea of a picture or something and not being able to transform it
or draw it in paper (or photoshop ) but again I have to be positive that someday
I might draw like you. I just have one more question (sorry to bother you) and is
what do you mean by composition?
