Description
This is my room at the Dark Arts AsylumMy room is located in one of the Asylums towers. Please enter slowly and check the chart by the door to make sure that I recieved my meds. IF you stroke me softly I promise not to bite, well at least not to hard.

Such well done shading on the skin and the engraved look of the numbers is quite ace! When I stop by your room to deliver your meds, I'll see if I can't get you a pillow for those knees. If you're good.
Great feel to this piece. I see one thing I'm not too sure about but don't know that it could have been done any other way... and that's the wood going into the rock-ish structure looks like it could be moved over a smidge because where it is would have split the rock, that's super minor and super picky and after several minutes of staring

Thank you so much ..... actually no shading done on the body. I actually had my studio lights setup right on this one lol. YA I do need a pillow or something. Someone told me when I came here that stuff like that is earned and I ive been good so I think I should have a pillow, thanks.
Im going to fine tune this pic a bit. I put it together rather fast, like in an hour. I really do like getting Critiqued, I think it will make me a better maniper .... thanks.

To be done in an hour, this is awesome. I'm a year new to this and I think I've only managed to get one done in that length of time, not that it's a rush or anything but sometimes when it gets to be 8 hours, I'm like... uhhh... be DONE already.

Excellent, I'm liking it all over. The only tiny crits I could think of would be, the room itself gives off a bit of a dirty feeling, cavern with bones ect, yet you are so clean! This might be intended though, it would work either way and is fine as it is. Other then that I love it and I love the original. Did you create the chain?

Thanks and your right about me being clean .... I was thinking about adding grunge but I think that grunge it so over done in manips. I mean I use it all the time but I try to minimum. Im going to try to make myself look dirty without making it look like you typical grunge look.

no offense but the spacial aspects of the manipulation dont really make sense to the eye...is the man resting on a ledge? is he on a bed that juts out from the wall? but if he is on a ledge why is there no corner of the room. also the post that the chain is attached to seems very flat because the bottom is not rounded the way perspective would suggest is needed...

Perhaps the impression is more important than the literalism.

I take no offence in fact I love a good critique. I am resting on a ledge and there is no corner because the is none, its just a shot of the wall. I took the background shot of this at the zoo. There was a lion sitting where Im at now. This is actually made from a manip that I did before [link] and I just put this together because in the Dark Arts Asylum you have to design a room that you live in and I thought this would work for me. Im not sure what you mean by the bottom of the post not rounded though but thanks for your comments
