Region Passport:

This is Uisce upon emerging from his genstone, venturing outside the cave to explore the new world he's just been born into, still holding a glowing stone and gazing in wonder at the evening sky giving way to thousands of stars, each like another glowing genstone in the sky. :3

Not-So-Fun Facts: Uisce doesn't have his Ducky here as he hasn't invented it yet. I'm gonna incorporate that somehow into the rest of the region stories. In fairness, nobody is born wearing a ducky ring. XD

Development rubbish: The sky is quite obviously influenced by *aeonpants 's style. Hoping to eventually develop my own variation but for now it's just meant to compliment the rest of the style.

Yes I know the mountain sucks and is made of perspective-fail, but I love the rest of it so I dunnae care for now. I'll practise. I also know his feet suck and have three and two toes respectively where they should have four each. Webbed feet are evil, therefore I call artistic licence on that one. XD

I decided to give it a funny outline shape as it's not a full task, just a special one. Sort of an 'intro' feel. The outline is the shape of Uisce's genstone. :3 The fact that I have to tell you this renders any artistic genius therein, utterly unsuccessful.
