My version of Legolas.It's not exactly how I picture him, but it's the closest I'm going to get with my present skills.
All this fan art is very odd for me. I must be reading The Lord of the Rings right now or something...

I love it when people personalize Legolas, de-bloom him, I mean. Great job. I really gotta start drawing him more. I do have a few of him and I am currently working on him for my advanced color pencil class. I'm posting him little by little.

Any bookstore will have them. You could probably find them in a second hand bookstore. Or if you know anyone that likes to read fantasy, I'm sure they would have them

^^ ooh, hurrah! I loved Legolas, and I love seeing all the different interpretations of him, or at least, the decent ones. Again, LOVE the costume, and the bow! Bows are awesome, but I really like this one; it's got a very elfin quality to it. And kudos for the hands again (the bane of my existance...those and feet...)

Does that mean you have more then one keyboard? 'cause I want one that types like that!
But hands. I just draw them. A lot. I kinda use my own as reference, but only when it's at the right angle. I am horrible at using references in general. I've never tried boxes and circles.
Though, I usually start very sketchy, until they get the right general shape. But I do that with the whole drawing. If I didn't clean it up at all, it would be more a mass of sketchy lines then it is already
