Description
At the beginning of the week I hung out with my friend Lizzie. She came round to my house because I was going to install Sony Vegas onto her laptop so she could make AMVs. Unfortunately she forgot her laptop charger so I was only able to give her my old version of Vegas that I had bought. I think it's corrupt since it keeps acting like a trial! "You have 30 days left." Eeeh excuse me... but that's MY serial number and authentication code. I actually bought it this time!

So we had quite a bit of time with not much to do. Logically, me being me, we cosplayed. I made her try my Sakura outfit since she hasn't wore a full costume before. She liked it ^_^

Then of course there was the huge question of "who are you gonna be?" Well I *tried* to be Sasuke. Unfortunately right now my Sasuke wig is beyond repair. I'll be getting a new one soon. So that was instantly a fail.

Then I decided to try Deidara. I've never tried to look like Dei before, but I had an akatsuki cloak, a long blonde wig and a ninja headband so it was convenient. I worked with what I had.

And I'm damn well glad I did.

I think I've found a character that I actually LIKE to cosplay. He's one of my favorite characters anyway and it was just so much fun to be him for the afternoon! ...Plus looking at this picture I think I can actually pull him off to some degree AND feel comfortable cosplaying a guy at the same time.

...I think I put his hair side fringe on the wrong side though! Ooops!

So yeah. Dei is now up on my favorite characters to cosplay list! And Lizzie makes a bloody amazing Sakura! She's got the right build, face and everything! I say GO LIZZIE AS SAKURA!

Lizzie has most of the pictures on her account since we did this for her but I couldn't resist putting one on my account too. Hehe ^_^

Anyway I'm gonna shut up now. It's almost three in the morning. I'm sure you guys can tell by how stupidly I'm acting.
