Description
Peace and Love to HP fans!The theme for this peice was inspired by Patrick Woodroffe's cover art for the book One-Eye by Stuart Gordon. Another work from Woodroffe, his cover art for The Graveyard was also used as referrence in painting tombstones.

Yeah Iknow what you mean... I guess a generation of artists find it easier and faster to do works digitally... well, I would IF I'm good at it... but I was brought up doing things traditionally and there you go... just a little bit of patience and there! A nice painting... But I'm still practicing my digital skills... you know, things we must do to keep up with change...

Much much love for how you've scaled this piece. That statue dominates! There could be a little more contrast but overall this piece is pretty much fully developed. I like how you've made the action on of the last things you notice, I'm very caught up in all the detail you've thrown into the surroundings.

Patrick woodroffe's cover art for stuart gordon's One Eye really inspired me... can't find a link yet but I'll scan and show you his work when I get my copy of Mythopoeikon back... Much agrees on the comments on the colors, I did notice I went too monochromatic here and that a little more contrast would be useful, And yeah I'm really glad I manage to direct the eyes of my audience with this piece

On number 2 though, the pic should look that way with the characters hidden with the background, they should be obviously present but the viewers' eyes shouldn't focus on Harry and Voldy at first glance...

The unifirm cool colors give off a great deal of mtion to this piece. Although I havn't read the book this is referencing to, the characters depicted hear make it seem very interesting, excellent
