Description
Fan art of Japanese singer, dancer and actor Matsushita Yuya. Drawn as a birthday gift for him, but also as a prayer for all the other people in his country.Sometimes I wonder whether my role as an artist really matters in this world, as compared to having a practical job like being a doctor. But there are also times when I manage to believe that one day I will be able to heal what medicine can't mend, through my paintings. There is still a long long way to go, and I don't know whether I will ever reach my goal, but I will keep pushing on.

It's wonderful. I think you've done a marvelous job on it.
And the word always needs artists. How else would one have gotten the Sistine Chapel, or books like Dorian Grey, Treasure Island and such other artistic works of whatever.
Sure you could go and be a doctor because that's what family expect f you...however, I say...follow your heart/compass. Not everyone wants the same thing in life.

I hope the same thing for whatever I write. Different people will always take something different away. But, no one can see something and not form an opinion on it. That's just how people work. Someone will take something away from your art. Maybe they'll be inspired to do something themselves. I know that's happened to me.
