Description
it was a very long day, followed by a very short photoshoot at the beach. i wasn't able to try most of the ideas i had in mind because we were in a hurry, but i was able to get a few good shots. i think this is one of my favourites.

the day had been hot (as always) and i had spent my afternoon setting up jo's solo exhibition (jealous, jealous, jealous!). after a fast dinner with her father everyone arrived and our feet touched the sand. we went to the less discovered part of the beach where beautiful girls come and bathe their horses. the sand was covered in horseshoe trails and the water was warm enough for us to stand in it. it was the same azure blue that i remembered from last year.

two glowing foreheads touching, long hair floating in summer breeze, sunkissed skin warming up cold hands. my camera clicks. there's sand beneath my toes, and my shoes are cold and damp. i am going to hate the way home but at least i have this moment. trying to catch sunrays in my lens, have them caress their long, thick hair.
