Uh oh...Some new cirek details:
One; cireks can flip their upper lip quite a bit in a threat display. Two; cireks have blue tongues. There’s no solid scientific explanation for it however it ties nicely into how some groups of humans perceive the cireks ability to learn to speak human language as unnatural or even demonic.
I tried to add a background but well... I did this drawing mostly to just focus on lineart and a dynamic pose.

I've tried to do that lip thing with my species a few times. Very hard to make it look right.

It can be a bit tricky but I think cireks got the perfect snout to be able to pull it off haha, a decent sized upper lip and nostrils that are a bit further back on the snout than the front teeth.
