What a fascinating design! Is he your character or is he from something else?
The way you did the eyes and the lips looks very cool. I love anime styles like yours where you can really differentiate different characters based on face shape and facial features.

He is definitely not an original character, haha. His name is Eridan Ampora and he's one of the trolls in Homestuck! Which you can read here . It's really long and a bit hard to get into, but I dig it.
