@ McCormick & Schmick's.I think the cooking technique is well-done for this one. The steak retains that juice, cooked medium-rare. Sometimes, some chefs just do not know how to grill it the right way, but I think it looks perfect, though I am kind of a rare to medium rare kind of gal.

There's a TV show here called Man vs Food ([link] ) and the host travels round America eating the biggest meals he can find. Last time I watched there was an eight-kilo burger and a five-foot long bratwurst served up from some place in Denver.

You would so. It made a very good leftover for a late lunch the next day. Check out Man Vs Food - Minneapolis. The place is awesome. Would make a very good Oktoberfest location... it's a shame that I'm not with him anymore, but I'm glad we experienced the hospitality of that restaurant. I had the best walleye in my life.

Yes it's filling, but yeah, I think the plate is oversized. The steak alone is 6oz - ok portion, but yes, I'd love a 10 oz one, at least, but they don't have the option.
