Description
Vinny kept his head down as he walked along the path, making sure his hood hung over his face, covering it in shadows. He really wasn't in the mood to speak to anyone today - he was just too exhausted.

He could only see his purple and blue bangs hanging in front of his eyes and his hooves taking each step. He looked up every now and then to check he was still on the right path, otherwise he stared at the ground the whole time.

He continued to walk at his slightly quick pace, until he was stopped by something unexpected in front of him. He could tell it was another pony, a male by the sound of the voice that grunted as he stumbled backwards. Vinny, being the smaller stallion, ended up falling on his backside, his hood falling back onto his shoulders.

"Oh, I'm sorry, sir!" he quickly apologized, pulling his hood back over his head. "I wasn't looking where I was going, I-" he paused as he looked at who he had bumped into. There, in front of him, was not a pony. Rather, a well known draconequus. His jaw dropped.

"P-Prince Turbulence!" he gasped, bowing his head. "I am sorry for interrupting your journey, I-"

The draconequus cut him off. "Eh, it's fine, I should've been watching where I was going."

Vinny looked up in surprise, brushing his mane from his face. "B-but you're a prince. You shouldn't have to."

Turbulence flickered his ear, and didn't reply. Instead, he changed the subject. "Say, I know you!"

The unicorn blinked in surprise. "You do?"

"Yeah! You're that rich guy's son - uhh, Bouteille de Vin, is it?"

Vinny chuckled nervously as she shook his head. "Oh, no, that's my brother. I'm Verre a Vin, but I prefer Vinny. Though, you can call me by my full name if you want - whatever floats your boat."

"Ha, Vinny's fine. I mean, I prefer to be called Turbid. But if you wanna make things harder for your tongue, you can go with the full version." He shrugged.

"Oh... may I call you Turbid, Prince?" Vinny bit his lip.

"Yeah, that's what I just said," Turbid scoffed. "Say, what's with the cloak?" His head cocked to the side to look at his hoodie. Vinny's gaze followed his.

"Oh, my hoodie?" he asked. "Just a way to avoid attention," he explained, glancing around him to make sure nopony had recognized him. Then he realized something, and turned back to Turbid.

"Say... how can you walk through Canterlot without anypony so much as staring?"

Turbid arched his brow. "I don't. Ponies stare all the time."

"But... you're not swarmed by crowds," Vinny pointed out.

"I guess I'm just too intimidating," Turbid suggested. "Different types of fame, I guess. Besides," his gaze turned to his eagle talon. "I'm not the most attractive royal."

Vinny pouted. "I think you're attractive in your own way."

Turbid's talons suddenly clenched and his magenta eyes widened. "Wait, no, I didn't mean it like that!" he quickly explained. "I meant that I'm not a public attraction, not-"

"Oh! I, err..." Vinny blushed hard, embarrassed. "Sorry, I didn't mean-"

"But do you mean it?"

Vinny found his muzzle almost touching Turbid. The draconequus' eyes were large and puppy-like, accompanied with a wide grin. The unicorn hesitated to speak.

"Uhh... sure?" he stuttered. A squee sound was heard from the prince.

"Aww, how sweet. I don't get called attractive often." His eagle talon flopped forward as he lay his cheek on his lizard foot. He blushed and seemed to have stars in his eyes. Then it all disappeared and transformed back into his regular smirking expression. "Anyway, I gotta go."

"Umm... okay, so do I."

The two began to walk around each other, until Vinny's shoulder was nudged. He stopped and looked at the draconequus.

"See you 'round, Vinny!" Turbid called as he scurried off. Vinny stood there gazing after him, then gave him a sheepish wave.

"Err... bye..." he murmured.

I wanna draw so much of these two ;v; but I gotta revise for exams next week ahahhahhah
