Wouldn't he be literally unbeatable, then?

That wouldn't make for a very fair card...Β  But fun...Β  As soon as you put it out, the other guy will be like "I'm boned, aren't I?" And you can say, "Yep, you're boned."

The idea was to represent the character not being fair.

It's true.Β  Schrodinger wasn't a fair character at all.Β  But, he was fun as all hell, and the Major's plan to use Schrodinger's power of auto-observation to turn Alucard into 'nothing more than a set of imaginary numbers' was brilliant.

The only flaw in the Major's plan was that Alucard is Alucard.

I dunno...Β  Did you really expect anything else? I mean, even the Major admitted that Alucard had not really disappeared, but simply could no longer recognize himself due to the fact that he had consumed millions of lives.Β  Thus, it was like watching 2.5 million television screens at once, only one of which was Alucard's own screen.Β  He never ceased to exist.Β  He merely ceased to be able to take form, as Schrodinger's ability, being 'everywhere and nowhere', was due to the fact that as long as he could identify himself, he could always reform his body.Β  Alucard could not recognize himself, and so, could not reform himself.Β  It made perfect sense.Β  Thus, Alucard spent sixty something years erasing the lives that he devoured save for Schrodinger's, and thus, he was, at the end able to be everywhere and nowhere.Β  I agree that it was a laboriously long explanation, but it made sense once I understood it.

But not being able to recognize himself made him cease to exist as long as he cant do that he cant do anything so it made no sense to me. But whatever Alucard has major plot armor.

You're right.Β  Our argument won't go anywhere since we disagree on a major plot point.Β  But it's true.Β  Alucard has plot armor like nobody's business.

No, if you place another Schro on the field both will have to go to the owner's graveyards seeing how he's a Legendary creature
