★ HOW CAN YOU LOOK INTO THESE EYES LIKE OPEN DOOOOOOOOOORSSSSSSSSSS quality vent art to describe what im FEELING...... this is my masterpiece......... when my mind is like YES YOURE OKAY but my body is like actually......... what if.......... not ok........ and it goes on for HOURS and the back of my mind sounds like shit can go down at any second kinda BGM there's sharks in my bathroom sink and maybe ill fall down the stairs and DIE. wHO KNOWS. maybe everyone i love actually hATES ME

im trying to stay positive and be humorous bc i KNOW i have an illness but GOD THE PHYSICAL EFFECTS AN ANXIETY ATTACK FOR SEVERAL HOURS STRAIGHT HAS ON THE BODY IS ROUGH...... i cant breathe and i can't rest bc im so anxious !!!!! HAHAHahAHAHa that's so unfortunate it's funny. combine anxiety and depression with INSOMNIA and you get a deflated balloon of a human being. me ???? sleeping ???????? absolutely not ! a ridiculous suggestion.

i dont like sad things !!!!!!!!!! i like humor and happy things !!! when something just sucks sso much, i have a very CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS NONSENSE LMAOOO kind of mindset and thats how i keep myself alive
