Very nice linework, it's very smooth.
The dress is very pretty, but also very risque, which does seem unusual for a character like Hinata. Is she a femme fatale? A skilled assassin?
It's a very nice picture, and the colours are quite striking.

she is a sin, an actual sin. 1 of the 7 deadly ones anyways, which sucks for her because she's the send that she should not be, lust. a lot of the characters have sins that much their character or the complete opposite. so hinata is a bit like road to ninja

In reality, OOC doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I rather like seeing what people do with characters (as long as it isn't too out there, in which case I tend to just ignore and move along rather than get angry or upset).
