During a battle between The Flash and Profesor Zoom, an explosion was caused out of the battle, this explosion had residual Speed Force energy. This would give super speed to the young Wally West...
This last 2 year were... weird, Fire Extremis Men, Alien Symbiotes and also, one of the greatest heroes dissappeared. Barry was known as the fastest man alive, the second Flash... that was until one night, he followed his antitesis, the Reverse Flash, by a time portal... since then he has been MIA.
After that, Wally West took upon the mantle of his mentor, he was now the fastest man alive. This...was not accepted by his partner heroes, believing that Wally wasn't capable of taking Barry's mantle.
Soon, Wally would fight a man claiming being Barry's brother, but this would be impossible, Barry was a only-son...right?.
When Nora Allen went into labor, he gave birth to twins at the same time as another woman. That other woman's baby died do the doctor being intoxicated and drunk, that same doctor decided to give one of the Allen twins to the woman, telling Nora that died stillborn. This baby would grow into Malcom Thawne.
Malcom would become a cop, a very good cop, almost start a family, have friends, a pretty good life.... that was until his ''fathers'' told him the truth. This and many things would anger and frustrate Malcom, making him snap and kill the Thawne's and that doctor many years ago, steal the Thawne ''Talisman'' that would give him powers to steal and use the Speed Force from different people, becoming Cobalt Blue.
If it wasn't because of the help of the Avengers, Wally wouldn't have been able of defeating Malcom. He wasn't as able like Barry to tap to Speed Force and use his maximum capacity, Wally wasn't able to go ''fast enough.
End Credits Scene: We see in the middle of the night, out of a beam of light... we see a man. This man is Barry Allen.

Notes:
Not the greatest story, but yet again it was my best shot to try to make a story about Cobal Blue and trying to make it look like something that could happen in S2 of the Flash.
I think i will start to introduce in the stories the ''famous'' End Credits scenes.
