It's actually kind of simple, really...
The piece is composed of two images. The image that is more to the left is subtracted red and, for the one more to the right, green and blue are taken out. Then, the images are changed to a Screen filter and aligned to form a focal point and you have your 3D image... 
I made an action that takes care of most of those things so I just have to align, order, and crop.
