Description
So this is an idea I had based on Nap in the Woods . This happens when Rose is woken by some Wynglings who are playing nearby.
Thank you too the five people who volunteered their wyngrows ^^ I'm sorry if I messed anything up or left something out.

So yeah this is what I've spent nearly a week on and honestly I am in aw at people who do comics every week! It's touch stuff! Of course this is my first comic type and it's not up to par with my standards but it was a great experience.

This was also meant to add some more interactions between Rose and Vee Vee who hopefully will become friends ^^

Rosedrop woke with a start, nearly losing her balance as a loud noise jostled her awake. Shaking off the sleepy haze that clouded her mind the noises became clearer, taking the form of wynglings shouting and yelling in happiness down below. As she propped herself up, she heard the loud voice of a pink wyngling down below.

“Isn’t this place great!” The pink one shouted flying over to pick some flowers. Another wyngling, gray with a bright pink tail and horn, ran around the field.

“It’s amazing! Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to show my other friends this place! They’ll love it!” The female wyngling said, her voice rattling on at an almost inaudible rate. Three other wynglings followed also shouting their praise to the pink one for showing them the open field.

A brown one with a pretty green bow around her neck seemed to get distracted by a butterfly and began chasing it, “How did you find this place Tallulah?”

The pink one which Rose assumed was Tallulah jumped on top of a stump, pride obviously overwhelming her. “ I was playing hide and seek with one of my friends and stumbled upon it! Before I could be found I ran back so I could show you guys!”

All of a sudden a red blur ran across the field followed by a bright yellow one. The red one flapped small wings that were obviously to small to actually fly with. She also seemed a little hyperactive and bowled into the gray wyngling making them fall over in a giggling heap. The yellow one, nearly pulled into the mess of limbs, quickly darted past where he laughed at the two.

As the play fight came to a slow the red wyngling appeared on top with a proud smile on her face,”Haha! Got you this time Vee Vee!” She proclaimed before stepping off the panting gray wyngling.

Soon they split into their own area of the field chatting or playing. Rose obviously couldn’t sleep with this and the group was too big for her liking, and way to hyperactive for that matter. As she stood up to get a better view she heard a loud CRACK! Realization dawned on her eyes as the branch beneath her gave way and she plummeted down.

Luckily she had tied a rope around her leg in case something like that happened though it nearly dislocated her foot as she bounced, dangling by a leg from the tree. The wynglings who had just been playing froze at the sound and looked around for the source of it. Suddenly the pink one, Tallulah, Rose remembered spotted her and motioned the others her way.

They gathered around with wide eyed and smirking expressions. In an act to hide her nervousness and slight embarrassment she crossed her arms and donned her blank look she used when associating with others.

After nothing was being said Rose decided to break the silence, “Some help please?” This seemed to do it and the spell of silence was broken. The red one fell backwards laughing as Tallulah stepped forward, motioning Vee Vee to follow.

“Vee Vee can you try to cut the rope with your horn?” She said as the gray wyngling climbed the tree.

“Yeah, no worries, Lulu! I got this!” With the she reached the top and with a pulled of her horn loosened the rope allowing Rosedrop to drop to the ground with a thump. As she got up she was assaulted with the happy chatting of the yellow wyngling who was attempting to introduce himself over the chatter of the others.

“The names Banana!” Was all he could fit in before the gray one dropped to the ground and rushed forward, nearly barreling into Rose.

“The names Veloreen but you can call me Vee Vee!” This was also all she could get out before the red wyngling pushed though.

“My names Suzuya! And that’s Coconut!” She said pointing at the brown wyngling who gave a cheerful smile before getting distracted by the butterfly once more. Tallulah also introduced herself, and presented a small flower to Rose.

Unable to do much else Rose took it and began to twiddle the stem between her claw, keeping her face a cool expression while inside she prayed for the chance to get away. Too many wynglings at once and too much noise. It was hard not to just run.

“I’ll just be on my way then.” She said, her monotonous tone only being broken by a small crack at the end. Tallulah, to Rosedrop’s annoyance, seemed to pick up on it and began trying to distract the others. Only the gray one was determined enough to not get distracted. Vee Vee if Rose remembered right.

She was probably the most hyperactive of the group and followed Rose as she left. Quickly the gray wyngling began to pelt her with questions that Rose either ignored or gave a swift yes or no. If she tried to go faster the gray wyngling merely increased her speed as well. This continued on for around half an hour before Rose broke into a full out dash not wanting to yell at the wyngling.

But to her surprise the gray wyngling kept up and barreled into Rose when she stopped. Keeping her balance Rose rounded on Vee Vee.

“Can you just leave me alone?” She said her tone taking on a icy bite. She didn’t mean to sound so rude but she couldn’t take it anymore. Looking at the gray wyngling she couldn’t help but feel guilt as her expression grew shocked before a large smile split her grin.

“I’m so so sorry! I didn’t mean to be annoying.. Hehe I always forget that not everyone likes a chatter mouth! I’m sorry I won’t bother you anymore.” As she began to turn and walk away Rose reached out a claw.

Letting out a sigh she said, “No, no. I’m sorry I shouldn’t have been so brash. I.. just.. Prefer being left alone if you get what I mean. Don’t take in any offense, I just can’t help it.”

The gray wynglings bright pink eyes seemed to brighten at this. “OOH I see! You’re one of those wynglings! Well then I guess I’ll just have to try even harder to be your friend! Don’t worry we’ll be best friends in no time!” And before Rose could stop her she ran off.

Letting out a long sigh, Rose made her trip back to the Nook where she could hopefully forget this whole ordeal.
