Kongou!.. STILL hasn't received a bikini.
I accidentally saved when I had merged the character layers which kinda sucks. At least I was pretty much done with the drawing at that time.

I just use the standard hard round brush, maybe sweep the eyelashes with the blur tool once if I want them softer.

I'm not sure, but most abyssals appears to be sunken shipgirls while some of the bosses are even a whole harbor or airfield anthropomorphized as a girl.
