Description
Here is a shot of my first company. All of my veterans have silver helmets and are adorned with large quantities of purity seals and other embeleshments. There are 12 terminators currently with plans of adding more assault ones, 10 Vanguard veterans and 25 Sternguard veterans. The Land raider and Razorback are painted with silver instead of grey to represent there attachment to the first company. Not going to lie, plan on trying to get to 100 models so I can use the Apocalypse formation for the first company.Related content

Its actually just cork board with a sand mixture to fill in the gaps.

I've seen a fair few "armies on Parade" here on DA, but this shot is deffinately one of the best I've seen.
The models are excellently painted, and I can see you did a great job de-BA'ing the Terminators.

THANKS! I actually wish I had a GW store in the area so I could do the Armies On Parade. Its funny you mention de-Ba'ing them, cause they are my own successor chapter. But I absolutley hate all the blood drops every where, so fluff wise they have forsaken the curse as they believe it brings dishonor to Sanguinios' name.

I'm not really good a writing so you may have to bear with me. They don't deny its existence, but they do everything they can to hide it, even going so far as to execute those who succumb to it on the spot. Only in long campaigns when supplies become low and casulties are high will they ever deploy a death company. And honestly a lot of stuff I could describe to you could just end up being everything the BA do, I just don't spend to much time with the fluff of the game.

its interesting. Looking at the Death Company entry in the codex, the Blood Angels treat the Death Company as "great honour" as they have a closer conection to Sanguinious then their brothers. Marines of the Death Company actively seek out their own death, or in fialing that, the death of all enemy contacts.

Yeah, and that didn't make sense to me. They talk about the flaw destroying the chapter yet they have great honour for those that succumb to it? Seems a little bit ironic. Usually with mine I follow more of a fluff of the Lone Wolves from the space wolves codex except they form a unit instead, don the black helmets and the only way to redeem themselves is by an honorable death in battle. I will be honest, the main reason I started playing Blood Angels was because of the Storm Raven and I've been trying to make my own chapter to help justify playing them. Never really cared much for them, though have started to like them a bit more over time. I really like Sanguinious and like the idea of the chapter being dedicated to honoring him, which is why they do their best to keep the flaw hidden so that they can redeem their Primarch and keep his honor intact.
