This a mega Absol, one of the new Pokemon. They don't really have wings according to the official site, but I thought it would be cooler if it did. What looks like wings is just fur that is standing up due to energy coursing through Absol's body.Edit: Changed the face a little bit. The old was too metallic looking.

Nice! Some of the edges look a little messy when zoomed in all the way, but that happens to anything that's viewed at working dimensions. The perspective is a bit off (those front paws should be bigger or more visible or something), but I barely noticed that at first because the wings and the face are so captivating. Good job!
