This is very well done! I like the darkness of it, and how the Dragon is a bit away from the lighthouse so is in a shaddowy area and the light is catching him in it's glow. The lighthouse keeper is in for a bit of a shock I reckon! This is a large Dragon, I like the way you have done it's head, we get a sense of size & I like the glint in it's eye!

Thanks.
Haha I did not even think of the lighthouse keeper. I sure he would be shocked and terrified.

Oh, this is really sweet. The dragon looks just lovely, like gentle giant who is just interested in what this small light things is.

I gotta say this is very good work, the light reflection highlights are lovely. My critique is only a small one. When I first looked at it. i saw nothing wrong with it at all. Then noticed in the comments that the serpent was on the same level as the lighthouse. This bothered me for the reason that when I looked at it.. The serpent seemed to be in the foreground. So if anything. The only draw back is that the serpent "ISN'T" in the foreground. I mean the light even looks like its coming into the foreground at an angle, with the light refracting from behind the serpents head.

I love the strong high light and jaw. The only issue is that it's a little difficult to tell, right away, that the dragon is at the same level as the light house. It might be a good idea to pull the bottom of the image down, because then we'd see more ocean between the bottom of the page and the dragon, letting us know for sure which area of the sea it comes from.
Great color scheme, though.

I didn't even notice that.
I'll have to make sure to pay closer attention to my placement in the future.
Thanks.
