Description Tonight is the night of the perigree full moon. It's where the moon is at it's closest to earth and at it's biggest and brightest in appearance. It only happens once every two years. It's a truly beautiful sight. I've just been out and see it and oh my, it's truly inspiring. It inspired me to make this picture. I must say I'm rather pleased with it

Thank you, I used a texture which I bent with the warp brush to get it into the right shape. It was on a separate layer to the hat's colours. I set the texture layer blend mode to multiply which allows the layers below to show through but keeps the highlights and shadows of the texture layer.
