Haven't drawn any wing fortress in aaages. Really proud of how this one came out

you know I always had this really bizarre idea for like, i dunno, a Saxxy drama:
Medic cuts the wings off one of his pet doves, grows them to be 15X the original size, and (somehow) surgically implants them on his back. With them, he becomes the most badass fighter on his team, and an even better Medic. But eventually guilt takes over his mind because he stole the wings from his dove; who was now flightless. But there was no way to give them back to his dove; so eventually he can't live with himself anymore. He cuts the wings off with his bone saw, burns them, and dies.
Ya this probably sounds really dumb, but it's just an idea I had once.

I like the detail you put into the feathers and his hair. That and the extreme lights and darks are well wrought- I couldn't discern his boots until a closer look. Very nicely done!
