Not sure if I should be submitting this, since I just drew her for the first time yesterday and I usually go through a lot of redesigns and bla bla bla.

I have a mixed opinion towards Solidus. I've never liked the character's personality. Acting as a douche to little Raiden? What the hell? Raiden has always been one of my faves. But thats only personality. He's an insane-type character...and he killed Olga.

Now, his design is one of my favourites. I like Big Boss a lot, especially in MGS4. But as huge plus to this, Solidus gets an exoskeleton which enhances the user's strength and speed...I mean, damn, the muscles get pumped up. The Snake Arms, though, I don't like them a lot...sorta cool as scarf-like stuff, however! 8D

Now designing a -tan for Solidus was hard. I've been dying to design her for quite a while...but its hard. I don't know but theres something about mature women that I simply can't draw. And this is no exception.
Solidus is supposed to have a 30's-ish appearance...I don't know, I simply can't draw her looking older.

Then again, I couldn't draw MGS4 Snake looking old, but whatever.
Anyway, I had a lot of trouble designing Solidus, having to redesign Big Boss first. Then the suit, that suit is hell. And in the pic on the right...her breasts look huge. And the feet? Apparently I've never been able to draw them .-. I f'd up on the swords too.

Oh well, whatever >> I'd like to keep her that way o.o
