that's a fine looking GTK and i assume emerald - or metacity? which theme is it?
and what distro? i also assume it's gnome shell..

OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Gnome Shell: Faeince (mod by me)
GTK3: Adwaita Cupertino
Metacity: Adwaita Cupertino
Icons: Ciment (in dA)
Dock: Docky (Plastic theme)
Dock Icons: from different sources (dA, dribbble, google...)

It's not a defined set. I got them from dA/Google.

Dock icons are from different sources: dribbble, dA, google...
