Description Merry Christmas to everyone! Especially to you my watchers! I wish you the best!       
This one was hard as @@ so I hope, you will like it.

To be honest this size chart is about non-dinosaur herpetofauna and marine wildlife.

The numbers in front of each animal will help you finding the information below:

1) Generic Varanoid 
Diet: Carnivore/Piscivore.
Size: Unknown, but here is about 1 metre long & 7 kg.
Time Period: Late Cretaceous (80 M.y.a)
Region/Known location: Ellisdale Fossil Site.
Enemies/Rivals: Generic Azhdarchids, Adocus beatus (1.10? metres long-shells up to 80 cm long), Borealosuchus threensis (2.8 metres long), Leidyosuchus sp. (up to 3 metres long) and Coelosaurus antiquus (3 metres long).

2) Apalone sp.
Diet: Piscivore.
Size: Here is about 60-70 cm long & 5 kg, based in Florida softshell turtle (Apalone ferox).
Time Period: Cretaceous to present (145-present M.y.).
Region/Known location:
 Ellisdale Fossil Site.
Enemies/Rivals: Adocus beatus (1.10? metres long-shells up to 80 cm long), Borealosuchus threensis (2.8 metres long), Leidyosuchus sp. (up to 3 metres long).

3) Adocus beatus
Diet: Omnivore (small animals, fish, other reptiles and turtles).

Size:
 ~1.10 metres long (1.10? metres long-shells up to 80 cm long) & 14 kg. 
Time Period: Barremian of the Early Cretaceous through to the end of the Oligocene (125–28 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: Ellisdale Fossil Site & other formations of US.
Enemies/Rivals: Other Adocus, Borealosuchus threensis (2.8 metres long), Leidyosuchus sp. (up to 3 metres long) & Deinosuchus rugosus (7.9 metres long).

 Adocus, Apalone & Varanoid are in comparison with Iaceornis 
marshi.

4) Borealosuchus 
threensis (‬Boreal crocodle‭)‬
Diet: Carnivore/Piscivore.
Size: up to 2.8 metres long & 50 kg.
Time Period: Late 
Campanian to Early Maastrichtian of the late Cretaceous, for this species (70.6 to 61.7 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: 
Ellisdale Fossil Site.   
Enemies/Rivals: Other Borealosuchus, Leidyosuchus sp. (up to 3 metres long) & Deinosuchus rugosus (7.9 metres long). Also Adocus beatus and varanoidae for eggs and hatchlings.

5) 
Leidyosuchus sp. (‬Leidy’s crocodile‭)
Diet: Carnivore/Piscivore.
Size: up to 3 metres long and possibly larger.
Time Period: Campanian of the Cretaceous 
Region/Known location: It is known that remains of 
Leidyosuchus have been found in Appalachia, but there is a great possibility that they belong to Borealosuchus.
Enemies/Rivals: Borealosuchus threensis (2.8 metres long), other Leidyosuchus & Deinosuchus rugosus (7.9 metres long). Also Adocus beatus and varanoidae for eggs and hatchlings.

6) Dyrosauridae/Dyrosaurus 
phosphaticus?
Diet: Piscivore (fish,sharks,crustaceans) and may fed on turtles and small mammals as well.
Size: up to 6 metres long & 300 kg, based in Tomistoma (Tomistoma schlegelii).
Time Period: Campanian of‭ ‬the Cretaceous through to the Ypresian of the Eocene.
Region/Known location: Across‭ ‬North Africa including,‭ ‬Algeria,‭ ‬Egypt,‭ ‬Libya,‭ ‬Morocco,‭ ‬Niger and Tunisia. Remains of dyrosaurs are known from US and because Dyrosaurus was a marine crocodile it was possible to inhabit North America.
Enemies/Rivals: Basilosaurus isis (17 metres long), Mosasaurus hoffmannii‭ (up to 13 metres long).

7) 
Cretolamna appendiculata (‬Cretaceous Lamna‭)
Diet: Carnivore.
Size: 1.5-2.5 metres long. here is depicted as 2.5 metres & 250 kg.
Time Period: Aptian/Albian of the Early Cretaceous to the Mid Miocene (125-7.2 M.y.a)
Region/Known location: Fossils are literally known in age appropriate marine deposits worldwide.
Enemies/Rivals: Kronosaurus queenslandicus/‭boyacensis (up to 10 metres long)
 Mosasaurus hoffmanni (13 metres long), Prognathodon solvayi (4 metres long), Plioplatecarpus primaevus (5.5 metres long), Squalicorax sp. (5 metres long), Cretoxyrhina mantelli (7 metres long), Tylosaurus prioriger‭ (12 metres long), Deinosuchus rugosus‭ (up to 7 metres long), Livyatan melvillei (15 metres long), Brygmophyseter shigensis‭ (Approximately‭ ‬7‭ ‬meters long), Otodus obliquus‭ (9 metres long), Carcharocles angustidens (9.3 metres long) and Otodus megalodon (15 metres long). 

8) 
Ischyodus williamsae 
Diet: Carnivore (mostly fed on bottom-living invertebrates).
Size: up to 1.5 metres long. Here is more robust and longer.
Time Period: Bathonian of the Jurassic through to Zanclean of the Pliocene (168.3-2,6 M.y.a)-For Ischyodus in general.
Region/Known location: Mooreville Chalk.
Enemies/Rivals: Other fish, sharks & mosasaurs.

9) Ischyrhiza mira
Diet: N
ektonic Carnivore.
Size: Here is depicted as 2.3 metres
Time Period: Coniacian of the late Cretaceous to late Thanetian of Paleocene (89.3 to 55.8 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: Demopolis Chalk-for this species.
Enemies/Rivals: Sharks & mosasaurs.

10) Scapanorhynchus rhaphiodon (type)/texanus (Spade snout)
Diet: Nektonic Carnivore/Piscivore [a diet close to modern goblin shark (Mitsukurina owstoni)].
Size: Here S.rhaphiodon is depicted as 1.5 metres long but S.texanus could reach 3 metres. So for this one: 25 kg.
Time Period: Coniacian of the late Cretaceous to late Ypresian of the Eocene (89.3 to 48.6 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: 
Mooreville Chalk-Alabama/Mississippi,Niger,Egypt,France,Israel,Japan,Kansas & United Kingdom,Georgia & New Mexico for S.rhaphiodon.
Enemies/Rivals: Other Sharks & mosasaurs.

11) Squalicorax falcatus (type)/kaupi (Crow shark)
Diet: Carnivore 
Size: 1.9 metres long for S.falcatus & around 226 kg.
Time Period: Albian of the early Cretaceous to Maastrichtian of the late Cretaceous (113-66 M.y.a)
Region/Known location: 
Mooreville Chalk-Alabama/Mississippi,Niobrara Formation}North America, Europe and North Africa.
Enemies/Rivals: 
Tylosaurus prioriger (12 metres long), Mosasaurus hoffmanni (13 metres long), Prognathodon solvayi (8 metres long), Plioplatecarpus primaevus (5.5 metres long), Cretoxyrhina mantelli (7 metres long), Deinosuchus rugosus‭ (up to 7.9 metres long), and other Squalicorax.

12) Serratolamna serrata 
Diet: Carnivore.
Size: up to 1.5 metres long & 25 kg.
Time Period: Early Cenomanian to middle Ypresian of Eocene (99.7 to 50.3 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: Mooreville Chalk-Alabama/Mississippi}North America, France, Madagascar, Mexico, Morroco, Sweden & Australia.
Enemies/Rivals: Other sharks and mosasaurs. 

13) Toxochelys moorevillensis 
Diet: Carnivore (fish,squids,jellyfish).
Size: 2 metres in length & 100 kg
Time Period: Campanian to Maastrichtian of the Cretaceous (83.6-66 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: Mooreville Chalk-Alabama/Mississippi-for this species.
Enemies/Rivals: Tylosaurus prioriger (12 metres long), Mosasaurus hoffmanni (13 metres long), Prognathodon solvayi (4.4 metres long), Plioplatecarpus primaevus (5.5 metres long), Cretoxyrhina mantelli (7 metres long), Deinosuchus rugosus‭ (up to 7.9 metres long), Xiphactinus audax (up to 6 metres long).

14) Xiphactinus audax (type)/vetus (‬Sword Ray‭)
Diet: Carnivore.
Size: From 4 to 6 metres long & 1 tone. Here X.audax is depicted as 6 metres long.
Time Period: Coniacian through to the Maastrichtian of the late Cretaceous (89.8-66 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: USA}Alabama-Demopolis Chalk for X.vetus/ Mooreville Chalk for X.audax. Also Georgia,‭ ‬Kansas.‭ ‬Europe.‭ ‬Australia.‭ ‬Canada.
Enemies/Rivals: Tylosaurus prioriger (12 metres long), Mosasaurus hoffmanni (13 metres long), Cretoxyrhina mantelli (7 metres long), Deinosuchus rugosus‭ (up to 7.9 metres long) & other Xiphactinus.

15) Protostega gigas ‭(‬first roof‭)
Diet: Carnivore (fish, squids,jellyfish).
Size: up to 3.4 metres long & near to 1 tone.
Time Period: Canada,‭ ‬USA-Mooreville Chalk, Niobrara formation,‭ ‬and United Kingdom.
Region/Known location: Cenomanian to Maastrichtian of the late Cretaceous (99.7-66 M.y.a).
Enemies/Rivals: Tylosaurus prioriger (12 metres long), Mosasaurus hoffmanii (13 metres long), Cretoxyrhina mantelli (7 metres long) & Deinosuchus rugosus‭ (up to 7.9 metres long).

16) Odontaspis cuspidata
Diet: Carnivore.
Size: Based in Odontaspis ferox it may had a size cloze to 4 metres (3.6), but here is depicted as 3.3 metres & 200 kg.
Time Period: For O.cuspidata: Late Campanian/Early Maastrichtian of the late Cretaceous to Holocene (70.6-0.012 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: Almost Worldwide. 
Enemies/Rivals: Bigger sharks, large mosasaurs and large fish.

An amazing fact is that we have Odontaspis species who are alive in the 21st century! 

17) Saurodon leanus (lizard tooth)
Diet: Carnivore/Piscivore.
Size: up to 2.5 metres long & 20 kg.
Time Period: Coniacian to Santonian of the‭ ‬Cretaceous (89.8-83.6).
Region/Known location: Italy.‭ ‬USA,‭ ‬Alabama‭-‭ Mooreville Chalk Formation,‭ ‬North Carolina‭ ‬-‭ ‬Tar Heel Formation,‭ ‬Tennessee‭ ‬-‭ ‬Ripley Formation.
Enemies/Rivals: Sharks, large mosasaurs and larger fish.

18) Enchodus petrosus
(type)/saevus (‬Spear tooth‭)
Diet: Piscivore.
Size: up to 1.5 metres long for E.petrosus & 7 kg. Here is a bit oversized and more robust.
Time Period: Albian of the early Cretaceous to Prabonian of the late Eocene (112.6–37.2 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: Worldwide.
Enemies/Rivals:  Sharks, large mosasaurs, larger fish, pterosaurs, sea birds & cetaceans.

19) Pachyrhizodus caninus 
Diet: Piscivore.
Size: up to 1.8 metres long and 100 kg. Here is a bit oversized, almost 2.5. 
Time Period: Cenomanian to Maastrichtian of the late Cretaceous (99.7-66 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: North America-Niobrara Formation-‭ ‬Mooreville Chalk Formation, South America-Colombia.
Enemies/Rivals: Mosasaurs and sharks like Cretoxyrhina mantelli (7 metres long).

20) Edaphodon mirificus (type)/barberi/laqueatus
Diet: Carnivore (mostly fed on bottom-living invertebrates).
Size: up to 4 metres long or even larger/smaller. Here E.mirificus is depicted as long as 4 metres.
Time Period: Aptian of early Cretaceous to Pliocene (125-3.6 M.y.a).
Region/Known location: In different places of the Northen Hemisphere for Edaphodon in general.
Enemies/Rivals: Large Mosasaurs such as Tylosaurus prioriger (up to 12 metres long) & Mosasaurus hoffmanni (13 metres long).

21) Ichthyodectes ctenodon
Diet: Piscivore.
Size: 4 metres long.
Time Period: Cenomanian of the middle Cretaceous to Campanian of the late Cretaceous (100.5-72.6 M.y.a)
Region/Known location: Canada,‭ ‬Manitoba‭ ‬-‭ ‬Vermilion River Formation,‭ ‬Saskatchewan‭ ‬-‭ ‬Ashville Formation.‭ ‬USA,‭ ‬Alabama‭ ‬-‭ ‬Mooreville Chalk Formation,‭ ‬Texas‭ ‬-‭ ‬Eagle Ford Formation,‭ ‬Wyoming‭ ‬-‭ ‬Pierre Shale Formation for Ichthyodectes in general.
Enemies/Rivals: Large Mosasaurs, sharks, and it's larger relative: Xiphactinus audax (6 metres long).

  Just to inform you: There are some fish, sharks and turtles that I didn't include in this size chart. Some of them will be included in the 3rd size chart along with mosasaurs. But unfortunately, for some turtles and sharks we don't have much skeletal material, so I won't include them.
